Pension amount not received properly

I am the pension Holder retired from state Government and maintaing the accounts in your Vivekananda House Branch Triplicane and drawing my pension from state Government and they are sending all the documents and particulars to the particular Branch in time 'But the Bank was not in a position to credit my pension amount in time. I am drawing my pension with effect from August and I have not able to get the credit from your Branch even though my pension amount have been released by the pension department of state government up tp December. Even my commutation of pension amount to the tune of Rs 18000 has not been credited eventhough the particulars have been received by the Bank during the month of November itself. I had requested the Manager several times in person as well as through phone also. Since the failure of the Bank I am losing my interest for the pension amount. It is not known how the Bank authorities can run tne Bank by appointing inefficient staff who is incapable of doing atlleast to credit the pension amount to the pensioners. As such I request you to kindly take necessary action against the person concerned and credit the to my account
