Non Payment of Dearness allowance for three years or more

My Pension account was transferred from SBI Nirman Bhawan New Delhi to SBI Saket nearly four years back. Whereas, the increments on account of increase of DA etc were, I have reason to believe, being added to my basic salary, from time to time, at the Nirman Bhawan Branch, this has not been happening at the Saket Branch.

From my Passbook, it is apparent that I have been receiving only Rs. 22230/-PM since at least 1-08. My discovery that those who like me retired as secretaries to Government of India in or around 1997-88, are drawing a pension of around Rs.27000 plus, has come as a big shock to me. I have because of this had to give up plans for the knee replacement operation of my wife and many other urgent items of expenditure.

I would greatly appreciate that besides paying me all the arrears plus the interest foregone, the person concerned in the Saket Branch of the SBI may be suitably dealt with.
