We have been trying to get the carpenter for four weeks now and everytime the person on the phone assures that he will come, but no body has turned up ever.

Nobody else should get trapped with this company as this is just a racket going on to rob customers.

I wonder whether Indian Consumer Complaint Forum has any effect on the lawmakers and lawkeepers.
