I was employed with a organisation from May to Oct, in Mumbai Penta corporate srviceds pvt.ltd., After leaving the organisation, I submitted my withdrawl form to my company in the dt of 16/4/09 and further they submitted the forms to PF office Vashi.

in the month of July 15th I was received one letter from the Mumbai PF office, Reason ur claim is not settled, because someother organisation u r working, submit 13a form and transfer the money,

but I am not working in anywhere, now i am Unemployed, plz settle My PF amt as well as possible.
