Internet serivce is not working at all

Dear Sir,

I would like to register a complaint on my internet service which has been provided by a local vendor:

PENTA Home institute broad bend service.

I have taken the sify internet connection 2 month back but from day 1 itself it was not working at all. some time it works and some time it doesn't. The service provider is charging the 150/- extra per month for maintenance from every customer but the customers are not getting service on time from the vendor. I have to call at least 5 to 7 times to make it work and some time they don't pick the phone. Too many times i have asked to pay back my money but these people are not listening at all and this is the very common problem with all the customer.

Due to this most of the time i have to spent my time in cafe to complete my work even though i have internet connection at my home.
