Yesterday (17.02.10) i travel by PRTC bus vide regd no. PB 11 -2109 from Nabha to Patiala. Bus drop me at Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Chowk at about 08.15 PM.

Bus conductor refuse to return the balance Rs.4 & misbehaved that he is not having the. Name of the conductor is Baljinder.

Ultimately i was given tickets worth Rs.14 & money taken from me is Rs.20.

Serial Number of ticket is 894986 dated 17.02.10
