New is not start yet and document is pending to shop last 5 days

Sir,

I have purchases new phone and new sim card OR mobile number from this shop and give my all document to shopkeeper 06/09 after 2 days shopkeeper call me and say that pls give me colour photo i have given my colour photo to shopkeeper and my number is not working from that day.

todays 16/09 but my number is not start yet i talk to shopkeeper many time but he donot give me any ans.

Shopkeeper say me that he summit my document but i call to reliance customer care they say me that they donot get my document yet

So sir pls look in this matter
