P F withdrawal

My name is Mrigendra Tripathy. I worked with Perfact color digital Pvt. Ltd. for a year

I Resigned the company in November 08. I completed my resignation formalities and submitted to Mr.. Rashid Qamar at Gurgaon in Perfact color digital Pvt. Ltd for my PF withdrawal and full & final settlement, but it's over eight months I'm still waiting for my relieving letter and my other dues to be cleared.

But whenever i call Mr. Karamveer he tells me that the Invoice has been prepared for my FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT and will reach at my house in few days.

and about the PF settlement he don't have a clue what is happening. I Tried calling Gurgaon PF office but they told me that they have not received the PF WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION till now.

My PF A/c No. is HR/28558/110

They also give me a slip which i attached below

Please take strict action against this person as I'm not the only one suffering for this NEGLIGENCE.
