Subject: Regarding Credit Card No 4476929998172958

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the above, please note that I have applied for HSBC Credit Card in the year while staying at Noida. And immediate after applying for the credit card I have shifted my address from Noida to Delhi for change of my work place. Since then, neither I have received any intimation of acceptance of my application nor I received any credit card till now.

Suddenly I have been receiving threatening calls from your departments since September (After 7 long years) claiming that the above card no (mentioned by your department) has been used by me worth Rs 47000.00 (Approx.). I have already clarified over phone to your department many times since September that please lodge my complain, enquire about the fact and let me know. But with no avail, except continuous threatening calls from your side.

Since, I have not received any card so far from HSBC, how can I use the card. Have you got any proof of my receipt of the credit card or any charge slip with my signature please forward scan copy the same to this email ID prabhakersingh@yahoo.co.in.
