PF Amount not Credited in my account

Dear sir,

this is Neelesh Jain writting to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company Perfetti Van Melle where i worked for near about Ten months, i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon by Registered post (no. 8290 dated 1/12/09). I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 75 days and nothing has been credited to my account and i am not getting any information about my document whether it was summited in the PF office or not so kindly make it confirm to me.

i request you to look into the matter.
