PF Withdrawl - MH/47881/11

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked in mentioned organization (Perfunova International Limited) from 6 Aug.'05 to 7 Feb.'07 at their Delhi Regional office. My PF a/c no. was MH/47881/11.

I send first requisition to Perfunova for my PF withdrawl in Aug.'08 with all necessary documents. However later i found the company has changed its location, so they might not received my documents.

Again I send requisition for PF withdrawl in Mar.'09. After several telephonic communications they finaly manage to submit my document in July, for which i receive the acknowledgement card dated 14th Jul.'09 (PF office: Bandra & Group no. B-67). Since then i am in communication with the company & their PF consultant, first they said to wait for 3 months & then i got informed by their consultant that PF department had some query and forwarded (couriered) it to company. But since the company had not informed about their new address to PF department, query regarding my PF submission got lost. Their consultant also told me that they (Perfunova) had now informed the department about their new location for necessary changes in their (PF dept) documents.

Now since last 1 month (approx) i am calling my previous company, and they only respond "we are chasing". I told them to ask in PF department regarding my case, as i dont know how to get any information regarding my case from PF department in Mumbai by sitting in Delhi.

Also, while working in Perfunova i transferred my PF from previous organization (J.K. Helene Curtis Ltd., PF a/c no. MH/11967/1295) into my new PF a/c of Perfunova. So now i am waiting for my PF money from two previous employers.

I urge you to help me get my due PF amout ASAP.
