NON-DELIVERY

Our relatives have sent an urgent documents from Coimbatore to Madathukulam vide P.O.D. No.13515124 - Addressee S.Perieannan, 42 B Makesh Nagar, Kalukarai, Madathukulam, Udumalpet Taluk..

On 31.07.09 the Udumalpet Branch of Professional Courier, called me by phone and asked me to come from Madathukulam to Udumalpet for collecting the document. Due to unavoidable circumstance I could not go to Udumalpet. I asked the Udumalpet branch to deliver the documents as door delivery at Madathukulam. After four days passed tll now ur branch has not delivered the urgent documents. Every time Udumalpet Branch is delaying for delivery of all documents at correct time and correct address. After giving complaints / requesting by phone only, they deliver the articles.

I request you to take necessary action against your Udumalpet Branch and Madathukulam Extention counter and arrange to deliver all document at door delivery in time.
