Periyar university salem
Transfer certificate (TC)

I was studied in correspondence course in periyar Univercity thruogh chennai study center.(it is not a direct study center, it is agency) I was studied in the year of 2004 I am only attend one semester examination. I unable to continue next semester due to financial problem. I dropout my course. I was summited my original TC when joined the course. Now I asking my TC they told me original TC are in University pay your full semester fees and then can get it. they told me it is university rule. what I do? help me your valid suggesstion.
