I have received a message in morning 9:34 (20-02- 2010) that "you have been charged for rs 15.00 for cricket and you will get alert for next 30 days" and deducted 15 rupees from my mobile without receive any call or service activate.

I tried to call customer care but they did not receive call.

so i am filling up this form.
