LATE OPENING OF BRANCHES

Respected Sir / Madam,

1.This is to draw ur attention that the Branch opening time is quite late i.e. 10.30 am as we are the working people in private sector and we have to wait quite a lot to open up ur bank normally every private bank satrts working from 9.30 am so u should think over on this point.

2. No other bank in whole country is charging inter city charges for depositing the cash in any branch only u r only bank that who are charging the same charges. Now u people are online so no charge should be levied for that. Also even when we go any brach to update the Pass-Book then also ur staff members are asking that we need to go to ur respective branch for the same, this quite rediculouse.By giving this kind of service u cannot capture the mass, u should think over these issues and it will improve ur credability.

3. Especially ur IIM-Vastrapur, Ahmedabad staff is too good and very co-operative.
