Web site not getting opened

I am trying o open the web site to pay premium. I have already enrolled few policies and was able to make payments duly opening the LIC web site. I am able to open other sites but LIC. Kindly check up the problem. I have enabled inteernet option-privacy-advanced - always allow cookies and first party/ third party have beeen ticked to accept.
