Change in Billing address

Dear Sir,
Since Sept 1st I have shifted to my new address, which was duely notified to you in my payment slips as per your system with no result.
Mean time, I called your agents also and they noted my instructions to chage my billing address.
Inspite of all my sincere efforts, I am still finding my bills sent to my old address.
Pl note that, I have kept all the records of my repeated reminders to you and if I dont receive the Hard copy of the bills sent to my present address immediately, I wont be able to make necessary payments in due time. For any such failure or delay, I will held you responsible and hope, there should not be any interruption in your service to my phone.
