Debitted against multicity charges

Dear Sir,

I Kuppili Chakrapani working with M/S Navayuga Engineering Company Limited, bearing salary/savings account no 628801027293, with Mall road branch, Kanpur and presently iam working in Delhi. When i was asked to transfer the account to Delhi, one of the employ of ICICI (Dated 12th June) was suggested me no need to transfer the account but suggested me to change the communication address. I was shocked on dated 15/11 Rs 2874 was debitted from my account against multicity usage charges. If you are going to continuously debitting like this then i am going to close my account and all the transaction s from ICICI and the same will inform my friends who are working with me in same manner.
