Regarding Kohli occupied by someone

Dear Sir,

As I have got news from various source. MCGM/ OMKAR REALTORS & DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD is providing some other place/in building, that who had kholi/chal. One kholi my father had by his name as address given below:

House no G/234,

Udyog nagar-51,

Pandurang, B. st.,

Worli, Mumbai 400025.

The above mentioned property is in name of Shri Kanhaiya Lal Sudeshi. But it has occupied by his brother Shri Shivdhar Sharma S/o Late Shri Sudeshi.

I would like to request you please do not allot or build any other house in name of Shri Shivdhar Sharma without getting an objection certificate from my father Shri Kanhaiya Lal Sudeshi.

If there is any way to get back from him. please provide solution and advise.
