Not delivered in time

Dear sir,

I have sent one consignment in NAVATA PARCEL SERVICES on 19/01 from Chikkballapur to Tandur. So far i have not recieved my consignmnet. After making so many calls to NAVATA they are unable to track the consignment. I am really upset with services. Every time it takes longer duration to destinations. Kindly do something to track our material. The staff in NAVATA are not responding properly. The consignmnet no. is UO28267/1 dated 19/01
