Udely behavior of your BM

Sir/ Madam,

I am mailing this from Jamshedpur, against Mikky Bajpai i think he is the Branch Manager of newly open your branch at jamshedpur,

sir/madam just i wanted to know how u will appoint such a person as a BM, he is not able for the post of Security Guard, he do not how to talk to the customer and his behavious is very rough and ruedly. there is no face attraction also. just he is thingking that he is all in all in this brach, sir ple guide me about my account opening, i gave total documents one month before till date they do not take any action, sir ple put appropriate person in this brach as a brach manager,

ple take this matter seriously because how many customer suffer like me, i am requsting you ple remove mr. mikki and put some other Bangali person as a BM.

your action will be highly appriciable in this matter.
