PF Amount not yet received

Good Morning Sir,

Please help me to get the PF amount from Mumbai PF office.

The below letter has been already sent to the PF commissioner and he has confirmed that the same has been verified and send to cash/bank department.

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I have received a confirmation letter dated 11th July (see enclosed) from Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPF) saying that they have sent out the cheque to HDFC Bank - JP Nagar Branch- Bangalore to credit the same in my Bank account (1331140030077).

Cheque No's : 699008 Dated 10th July for 33, 956.00 and 721176 Dated 10th July for 13, 143.00 drawn on State Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai.

As per the letter provided, the Bank account number was printed wrongly i.e 131140030077. but the correct account number is 1331140030077. Due to this error the amount is not credited to my bank account.

Could you please do the needful to check the same and send out the replacement cheques to the same Bank with correct account number?

I am located in bangalore and tried numerous occasions to reach them through phone but all the phones are busy. Could you please help me to know the status as I was waiting for the amount from past 2 years.
