Unrealistic charging by Reliance

My Electricity Bill used to be around Rs.600/- just a year back when there were 4 members in the family. With the Visa Bill payment opted by me through ICICI bank there is continuous hike in the energy bill, though the mebers in the family have been reduced from 4 to 2 and there is no addition of any electrical appliances. This month bill is astonishing at Rs, 3470/- from usual range of Rs, 1000/- pm. Reliance appears to be making money by cheating its customers. Please take immediate remedial steps.
