Eminders in my cell to pay arrears relating to credit card no 3970 wherweas I dont possess any creditcard from Axix Bank

I am getting sms every month in my mobile phone to pay the arrears relating to credit card no xxxxxx3970. Infact, I dont have any a/c with Axis Bank nor possess any Credit card of Axis Bank. Will the Bank take corrective steps to stop this harassment immediately? If it is not stopped immediately, I am planning to approach the consumer court for due compensation for this harassment
