DOOR NOT OPENED IN STATION

I was suppose to board Train No: 3351 DHN/ALLP EXPRESS from Ambodala (AMB) at 3.25 A.M in Three Tier (B1-Seat No:41) PNR No: 6325723367. But none of the A.C compartment door was open and I was ruuning with my luggage, finally I could get in S-1 (Second class sleeper) before the train left. But fortuntely, one of the passengers opened the door of A-1 Compartment from next station at Munigunda. After reahing in B-1- I have suprised to heard from TT that my name was not their in his hand written chart, after continuous complaint, he told me that " it is here in this Chart". I am travelling to Vishakapatnam and catch flight to Mumbai, if I missed this train there was no other means to reach Vizag from Ambodala. I would like to know the reason for the causual approach railway.
