Non connection after severl attempts

My husband has already paid for making nonoh calls. Now he is china now. His mail id is siddharani@yahoo.com. My mail ID is girijanandhu@yahoo.co.in. He gave all the details user name and password etc., . to make nonoh calls. From India repeatedly I am trying more than fifty times per day. But I could get the line. Kindly let me know when it will be rectifed. For yr information I also registered as girijanandha and my password is dharanij. If you want you can delete my registration and password. because whenever I open yr website my user name is coming and also I coulnot use my husbands username id and all. Please take this matter as very urget and let me inform to proceed further.
