Passport not recieved even under tatkal

Respected Sir,

I Dhananjai singh wish to tell you that being a hotel management student it is very urgent for me to leave to USA and my visa page was not pasted only because the blue page was peeling off . the lamination of pass port was loose and which was the mistake of passport printing authoritty and because of which i am suffering huge loss of money and time though despite of that i applied under tatkal still as promiswed by Mr. Suresh Chauhan my passport still haven't reached at my address.

I hope you will certainly do something in this regard.
