Yahoo Mail id and gmail id has been hacked

Respected sir,

I have two mail id's primary gowtham_334@yahoo.co.in and secondary mail id is gowtham.334@gmail.com.

some hacker has hacked my yahoo id and sent me a intimation to my secondary mail id . this is the matter what i got in my gmail id..

I changed my password for security purpose after receiving this mail... but there was no effect due to that, the hacker is still able to access my account and he is mailing to my friends in my contact list using my mail id... also that hacker uses my friends mail id's and mailing me... He is giving all the details of my system., using the worms he spread in my system he get's all the information's, plz give me a solution for this problem how can i prevent my account.
