WRONG CONNECTION OF INCOMING & OUTGOING CALLS

I am holder of no. 9822928549 since last Five years & was having good service from Idea, but since last 4 days I am suffering with subject problem to such extent that I may be forced to shift to other service.

My problems are --

1] Even if the dialed no. is correct, it is getting connected to any other no.

2] My no. - if dialed from out side Maharashtra, dose not get connected to me in single attempt, it takes atleast 4-5 attempts. Although there is no error in dialing my no - which appears correctly on screen - it gets connected to different no. every time.

Due to above said problems I am facing lot mental torture. The loss of money in this case is anather issue.

Please attend the same immediately.
