Wrongly deduction of balance

Hi,

I am an existing customer of Idea, My no. is 9990307390. I got my balance deducted two times for idea music station which Idea activated without my knowledge when I coccated to customer care they answered that this is a very god service which I should use even I do not know how to use this,

first it was deducted in the month of june09 when I was in roaming, now today I got the massage that Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my account, I remained surprised how can a customer based company can play with their customer. this is a totally fraud. now my Idea is completly changed about Idea. I am very much upset with these incedents & seriously thinking to stop using of Idea service. My feeling has been totally shaken by ur attitude & felling humilated
