Non delivery of Parcel

Dear Sir,

I had posted a Parcel thru Speed Post on 31/07 for Pune, pin 411001 from Kolkata. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location to pune to Mr Juzer Ziauddin, pune My Tracking number is EW314722412IN . So i request you to please look into this matter and please deliver the Parcel to Pune at its earliest.

Please help if possible.
