Telephone not activated

Starting my relation with BSNL with a complain, I submitted the application on Aug 13 for a telephone connection in Suraya Nagar-II, Sec 91- Faridabad, and the installation was done on August 19 The man who came to install also also asked me to pay 200 Rs which I paid. and after that no one is listening any thing daily i am making calls to 0129-2272000 to activate the line. and now hopelessly i am writing this.
