Mishandling of cheque

I Have saving bank a/c with your bank no. 01321000137919 I was advised from the bank to make transation to my a/c since it is not been used for many mounths. I handded over a cheque for Rs- 1000 to Vinod kumar (emp. code-CV12108) But he deposet the cheque to another a/c.

How can i get back my mony. I am not in a position to go after this since i am very busy in my office.
