Incorrect Billing

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regard to the electricity bill we saw on the Internet which is Rs. 11000/= for month of August. The amount seems to be not correct and we have a single Navy Officer window staying there. How can a lady pay 11000/= who has a pension of 9000/=. As per records this is the first time she has got such a huge bill. I would like to please have this checked and revise the bill again.
