Overflowing sewe

The sewer behind our houses in between J-5/115 to J-5/108 Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, is choked and causing nuisance. It is great health hazard. The sewage people have come once or twice and opened it but they say that it has to be opened by machine. They say that within 2-4 days it will be opened by their staff automatically. I have run from pillar to post but till date the same is in a static condition causing a health hazard. The sewage is blocked for more than 3 months. Will somebody take action to get it opened properly with the use of machine. Hope action will not be taken until some great tragedy occurs.
