Subscription Coupon for Circulation Dept

Hi,

The cheque (Rs 390) for my subscription of TOI was cashed by Bennett, Coleman from my bank on Sept 3 this year. But, I never received any subscription coupon as of yet. The commencement date for the subscription should be from Sept 09.

The stunning part is that I can not reach anybody at TOI. The local sales guy is not picking up the phone. Whenever I try to contact to the circulation dept at 4407 6538, the security person says that Madam is not available. I tried different days in the week at different time without any feedback.

I am a vivid reader for TOI for the last 7 yrs. It is amazing for me to think that an organization like TOI who talks about ethics and integrity through their news column all the time, has such a poor customer service. I am not sure whether it is customer service or customer harassment. This is really a bitter lesson for me.
