Very Poor service on Moneygram

Dear Sir,
Today (09 Oct) i went to Chengalpet branch Indian bank to withdraw amount from my friend using moneygram facility.
There was no proper giudance. One of the bank staff (madam) told me to meet the manager after filling the form. i met him. He did nothing with the form (even not seeing) and asked me to meet another lady staff in the bank. I went there and waited for my turn in the queue. She told to meet another person.
I got angry and asked "who is the actual person for Moneygram" facility? No response. Every one looks very busy. Finally one women staff came and asked me whether i have account in the bank. i don't know why she asked this question for moneygram facility. She told if i have account, amount will be credited immediately. Otherwise, it will take 3 hours. As per my knowkledge, the actual downtime for Moneygram withdrawl time is (10-20) minutes.
Finally i left the bank and the same work had been done in Muthoot finance in just 5 minutes.
