Efund of airfare

Sir. I had booked four tickets on the kolkata delhi sector. The date for the outbound flight was 17th September. and thre return date was 27th September. The reference number was XFSDEC.I had to cancel all the four tickets. I got the refund for the outbound flight within 10-15 days. But despite repeated promises the refund for the inbound flight has not been made. Over the past three weeks i am offered the same explanation that this will be done withun three to four days. I fail to understand what is keeping yatra from proceessing the refund? I shall be obliged if this is immediately refunded otherwise i have to think of other steps.
