Sewage Water disposal system non completion at Amabttur, chennai

We have made the payment for the sewage connection in the year 2006 to Ambattur municipality and they started laying the pipes in the year 2007 and completed in our area and the same has completed in the year 2008. Still they are refused to connect the same to the houses in this area.

I am residing in Bhanu Nagar, Pudur, Ambattur, Chennai and this area all the houses are strugle to clear out the sewage water. They are forced to aproach the private contractors and paying 800-1000 per week to clear this water even they paid the sewage water connection well in advance to Amabttur Municipality.

We also came to know from other sources that the issue of not connecting this sewage water is because of the failure of their design of sewage water connections.

Spending huge money in this regard and non working is a clear case of irresponsible approach of the authorities.

We request you to take up this issue with Ambattur municipality and Metro Water department to get an early solution.
