Hi,
This is premnath from chennai. Four months back I brought Airtel broadband, within 4 months 5 times I have faced the problem i.e, there is no proper connection, and the service which you are providing is very poor. I never expect this kind of service from Airtel and also there is no proper response when I called to customer care. I don't know, Is the way to treat your customer? Last 6 days my internet is not working and I have given complaints 8 times to the customer care there is no proper response and still my problem remains. So I am not interest to be your customer, so I want to cancel your broadband connection due to poor service.
