Delay in courrie

My friend send me a parcel (doc no. 192044770) through blaze flash courrier from amritsar mehta chowk to chandigarh on 24.01.2008 but no body is able to track my courrier i tried on 0172-26570416, 0183256943, 9855610168,
the manager in that area says the person who is having that reciept no is on leave for 3-4 days because of some domestic work and he is not able to call that man and said me to call after 3-4 days
