Regarding ATM Card not activating

Sir,

I have opened account In Indian Bank, Thirumullaivoyal Branch One month ago. After that I deposited my salary cheque given to me in this month (December09). That also Credited to my a/c. I withdrawn some amount. I Got balance in my account. Previously I withdrawn through Withdrawal slip. After that last Saturday (26-12-09 I Received my ATM Card from that branch. They gave me Pin No. and when I went to drawn money through my ATM Card its coming Transaction Declined. The other persons were drawing. What is the reason.
