Transfer of PAN details

Snice my working is at different places, I filed my IT returns at my permanent address ie., Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. My PAN No. ALQPB9455R (Kolkata, West Bengal). I filed my IT returns on 25-06 and an amount of Rs. 10, 375/- is due to be returned to me. Vijayawada officials are telling that a requisition is made for transfer of PAN particulars from Kolkata and on receipt of PAN particulars, your amount will be refunded. Please help me in transfering my PAN particulars to Vijayawada as early as possible.
