Courier sent back reg

Hi,

ICICI Bank hyderabad sent a Courier to me Electronic city address. I have been receiving many letters/Couriers to the same address for the past 2years. It's very urgent one. Address is correct but Elbee courier sent back the same without delivering the address is not proper. I have been following the same with ICICI Bank and they are sending back. I hope this is not the right attitude.

I can send the complaint nos etc if needed
