I am not satisfied with your service

My mob. outgoing call barred without my request. only incoming call swrvice is available (Mob No:9008115169), this connectin took dec. Iwas not using this since from may and i was put currency of RS 333.00 on 17-09-09 and trying to use this phone but it is saying outgoing cal barred. Custermer service center visited and customer care contacted several time, but there is no action, as per their request i submitted my address proof and photo to customer care center at bellery located in front of MSR Hospital S.N.Pet. Everytime they are asking same questions instead of solving the problem.

I am totally not happy with this attitude, I am loosing my time, money and writting this complaint. Hope this time my problem will be solved as soon as possible.
