May 2008 bill very high - reg

Dear Sir,

Sub: Excess amount of bill – Reg.

I would like to inform you that I applied for a broadband connection in Chidambaram around three months back with a 500C monthly plan. I got the connection on end of March. My plan offered night unlimited (2 am to 8 am) and Down load & upload Limit (GB) is 1.5GB. I utilized within this limit. To my disappointment my May month bill was Rs. 1086/- which is impossible. My day usage has never exceeded that much. I utilized day usage 0.9GB only. They are charging my night usage which is eventually free of cost.
