Wrong Tax Calculation

I have paid my total outstanding well before the due date 16May08 of Rs8567.00 .

I got confirmation message from the Bank that my amount of Rs.8567.00 has been credited to my account and my due is Rs.8566.11.

But still showing some outstanding to my account. How and why its coming.

On this regard I put many complaints to the customer care but still it can't solve it out instead saying form the next statement it will deducted

so wait for the next statement. Now it already two months and Bank suspened my card for the this due.

Its nothing but poor Bank and worst customer care. Instead of solving out the problem you are running after the customer for the wrong tax calculation.

Hope soon you will soon recheck the deatils and sovle.
