Passport yet not get after application submission ofter 16 month

Dear Sir

I have been submitted application form for passport before Sixteen month i.e. in april after ten month i recieved a letter from passport office for submission of 2 no. P.P. form. I also have been submitted 2 no. P.P. from in passport office in march then they comment you will recieve your passport within 15 days. But after passing of four month i do not recieve my passport.

Please arrange early my passport.
