Broad Band not working

Since 23rd Oct, my Broad Band service is not working. This is not the first time since I have taken this service. Broad Band service lasts for three to four days only. I am a senior citizen and my profession and social life depends much on my internet system.

Do I had to look for other services to keep myself in touch with my connections?

Above numbers given for assistance and complain, are not working. While I dial the answer is, ...power off..., or no response.

May I expect an immediate action to my complain or I have to reach the higher authority to save my situation.
