No proper water no proper service

Respected Sir,

With reference to PNR Number : 236-6228026 I was travelling from New Delhi to Palakkad in Three Tier A/c. But to my surprise there was no Water in our Coach i.e. B5 seat number 13 Middle Birth. Everybody was complaining about this problem. There was no proper service in this Coach from Pantry also.

I really don't understand even after paying so much money there is no proper service. Even the Mobile charger light was not working in this Coach. Why?
